By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license or any other right in and to such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

We may now or in the future allow users to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and bear all risks associated with it.
You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting, publishing it, sharing it, or otherwise making it available on the Service.
Accounts and Registration

Purchases and Payments

Product availability and pricing may vary with time. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any Products at any time, for any reason, without notice, even if you have already placed your order.
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle payments. We will not store or have access to your payment card details. You agree to pay all charges incurred for purchases made and any applicable taxes.
Some payment transactions may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location which are out of our control. You are responsible for paying any such fees and price differences.
Subscriptions
The Service may allow you to purchase access to content or services on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
You may manage or cancel Subscriptions in your account settings on the Site. We reserve the right to modify the price for Subscriptions at any time. We are not responsible for accidental or inadvertent charges unless notified within 60 days.
Refunds
Except where required by law, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven. Please contact us if you believe you qualify for a refund.
If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for refund processing.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to:
- Harvest or collect personal information of users without consent
- Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
- Advertise or solicit others to purchase any product or services except as expressly permitted
- Transmit any viruses, malware or disabling features that may damage, interfere or intercept our system
- Disrupt, overwhelm, attack, modify or interfere with the Service or affiliated networks
- Circumvent any enforcement or security measures used by us
- Cheat, exploit or manipulate the reward system and gameplay
- Promote or facilitate dangerous or illegal activities
- Generate automated, false or fraudulent activity through bots, click-farms, scripts or other automated tools
You also agree to:
- Abide by applicable laws, regulations and terms of third-party game platforms or networks
- Comply with all applicable age restrictions for games or other age-gated content
Service Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any services offered through the Service at any time and without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features, restrict access or impose access or usage limits without notice or liability.
The Service relies on various third parties including advertisers, game developers, vendors, and network service providers. These parties may change, suspend or stop providing their services at any time, which we cannot control.
Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven is committed to delivering a consistent and quality service, but there may also be factors outside of our control that could impact the availability and continuity of the Service.
We will try our best to resolve any Service disruptions, but cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. Other than refunds for paid services during downtime as required by law, Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven shall have no liability for any damages caused or accrued as a result of any Service disruptions.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Your access to and use of the Service is at your sole discretion and risk. The Service is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or products or information offered through the Service.

In no event shall Gardenline® Hedge Trimmer, Chainsaw, Lawn Mower, Pizza Oven be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Services immediately ceases. Any suspension, termination or cancellation shall not affect your obligations to us under these Terms.
